Barbara provides consultancy services to EU and non-EU businesses, in particular identifying and advising on cross-cultural ’people-issues’. She is also available for initiation of and providing delivery teams for EU-funded projects in Bulgaria, in particular in the areas of business promotion, anti-corruption and civil society development, including the promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Her current assignments include:

• Project Director to the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum – EU funded project entitled ‘Corporate Social Responsibility in the Tourism Industry in Bulgaria - the Facts and the Future’.
• EU Project Initiation for quality wine promotion in EU as well as third countries for the Bulgarian Vine and Wine Chamber.
• Origination of promotional materials for upscale golf and yachting resorts in Bulgaria.
• Advising a Bulgarian Investment Group of the development of casinos and horse racing in Bulgaria.
• Initiating EU-funded anti-corruption projects including the encouragement of transparency through proper competence in project management.
